Join us for a live, heart-centered class where we return to nature’s wisdom through the tradition of digestive bitters. Together we’ll explore the gifts of many herbs and roots like chamomile and dandelion, two plants that awaken digestion, calm the nervous system, and help us find balance through the richness of the holiday season.

This holiday season, step into the ancient ritual of bitters — a gift from the earth that awakens digestion, balances cravings, and restores harmony to body and spirit.

In this live Zoom class, we’ll be making two deeply nourishing blends together:

🌼 Chamomile Dandy Bitters — a calming, grounding recipe featuring chamomile and dandelion, supporting digestion and gentle detox.

🌲 Christmas Bitters — a festive, aromatic blend that captures the spirit of the season while offering support for gut health and vitality.

- BONUS - We will also make Elderberry Honey!!!

Come with curiosity and your ingredients on hand (not required), and leave with two handcrafted bitters, a deeper connection to the plants, and a practice that links you back to the rhythms of nature.

You’ll not only learn how to prepare and use bitters, but also deepen your connection to the living intelligence of nature that is always guiding us back to wholeness. Come ready to be in community and rediscover the healing conversation between your body and the earth.
