What is Health & Wellness Coaching?
Health and Wellness Coaches partner with clients seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values, which promote health and wellness and, thereby, enhance well-being. In the course of their work health and wellness coaches display unconditional positive regard for their clients and a belief in their capacity for change, and honoring that each client is an expert on his or her life, while ensuring that all interactions are respectful and non-judgmental.

Cracking your personal code is where the magic is. I will introduce you to the tools and people for you to succeed on your new path of balanced health surrounded with hope and passion to succeed .

You know the chronic disease epidemic is reaching staggering heights, but did you know that the majority of those illnesses—over 85 percent, in fact—are driven by our behavior and environment, not our genes?
This means you have the power to prevent and or reverse chronic illness just by balancing your environment and changing your mindset. What is your daily exposure to radiation and toxins? How can food be used as a powerful tool? Everyday we make tons of tiny decisions and they have the power to change our life.

As simple as making changes sounds, change is anything but easy. It takes time, drive, motivation, and strategy to change our habits—especially if we’ve been doing things a certain way for a long, long time.
When the drive for change comes deep within your heart and less from your mind you will succeed. I will tell you that it is beyond exciting and rewarding to feel positive change happen. It will become slightly addictive and you will find extra motivation in the tiny rewards along the way.

When we are working together, you will quickly see how empathy is layered in my work. But I need to be clear ahead of time that I will require you to have strict discipline and commitment to your goals by creating a militant new set of habits motivated by your beliefs.
I will be asking questions about your hopes and desires. I am curious to find out what your values are and how I can use your personal language to keep you moving forward and engaged on your path. Consider your emotional readiness to investing time, effort and money in yourself. These will be your goals and your commitment.

It’s critical to understand that following a new way of eating and introducing a new healthy lifestyle routine takes courage. You will find results to be pure vibrancy.
