The Fall Harvest Season is a joyful time of year to be in the kitchen! For 20 years Chef Contos taught a Thanksgiving three hour intensive cooking class and has learned many techniques and tips she is thrilled to share with you.

During those years she also offered a live Thanksgiving Day helpline for last minute support. She will do the same for you!

  • Ask live questions

  • Learn how to prepare a gluten-free, no-bake, low-!sugar dessert

  • Blend together a cozy fall spice blend

  • Chat live with Chef Contos about how to make a fall meal cleaner, lighter, and flavorful!

  • Live Thanksgiving Day access to Chef Contos for last minute help!

  • Keep a notebook and pen handy to jot down key tips and techniques.

You will be invited to come together in community and share your Thanksgiving Culinary Traditions.
