Can Your Thoughts Make You Sick?

If your thoughts can make you sick?
Can they make you well too?

We all have the power to create and live in the universe we want to. Our thoughts create our reality. My doctor says that mindset is the holy grail to healing (wildwoodmedicine.com). How powerful is that! What do you think about that? If your thoughts can make you sick. Can your thoughts make you well? I absolutely believe so.

I will never forget the moment that I decided I WILL and would dissolve living with rheumatoid arthritis. That it would no longer be something that I “had”. It was that moment that I started to change the genes in my body to create the momentum to make this possible. You can do the same. You have the power. It takes practice and it takes work.

A lot of you might’ve had these moments where you decided to change something. You remember that moment clearly and you never forget it because you never looked back. You created a new reality. Those are powerful beautiful moments to be grateful for. I remember exactly where I was standing, what I was wearing, what the weather was, and what the feeling was when I decided to get well and dissolve this absurd reality of living with rheumatoid arthritis.

It is possible for you to shed the victim's story you’ve been told or have been telling yourself. It is possible for you to create forgiveness for those who have anger towards. It is possible to let go of your 15 years of fears and insecurities. Feelings and emotions are the end products of past experiences. Think about that for a second.

So what if you visualize how it would feel in the future to be the person you want to be. To be free of anger or have forgiveness for someone or dissolve disease. What would that feel like? Your thoughts create your reality. We easily become addicted to our thoughts so changing them is difficult. It starts by not doing the same thing you did the day before. Change your drive to work, go on vacation, reach out to new people, write gratitude notes, change your environment, cook something new... send your environment some new information. Do something different.

I love you all so much. I believe in you and your journeys and I thank you for believing in mine.
